Cook perfect pizzas, garlic bread, lamb cutlets and even fish with minimal supervision with this double stack commercial conveyor pizza oven. The FastBake Technology reduces bake time by up to 30 percent by using air Impingement - cooking 2-4 times faster than conventional ovens.
Pizzas are baked faster, with a more consistent and even bake. No more burned bottoms, undercooked middles or over-browned tops. The direct drive motor directly powers the drive roller of the conveyor which is an efficient use of energy.
