Our collection of baking trays includes a variety of sizes to suit the size of your oven. You’ll find each commercial baking tray is finished with either a raised lip or no edging at all. The raised lip stops your bakes falling off the baking sheet and makes it easy to get out of the oven. While the flat baking tray is best suited for biscuits and cookies as you can pour each batch onto a cooling tray. Alterantively, you can use baking mats for baking more delicate pastries or kneading dough.
