Using a pie warmer is a great way of showcasing your pies, sausage rolls, pastries and other hot foods to customers. These display cabinets can sit on your counter, keeping contents hot and ready to serve for hours without over-cooking or drying them. What temperature should a pie warmer be? To hold food safely and hygienically, your commercial pie warmer temperature should be at a minimum of 60°C to prevent bacteria from growing.
