Using a mixer (also known as food mixers) are a great way to save vast amounts of time and energy. They’re much faster than mixing by hand, which is exactly what you want when you run a high-output bakery, restaurant or pizzeria.

A professional mixer normally has a large mixing bowl and a very powerful motor so it easily mixes dough, sauces and batters.

The smaller capacity food mixers are ideal for mixing small batches of ingredients and include world renowned Kitchenaid mixers. This rule applies to our food processors too. Whereas the large stand mixers include planetary mixers from Apuro and Robot Coupe that are perfect for mixing vast quantities, sometimes hundreds of litres simultaneously.
