This shelving unit is made with fibreglass and resin so it can withstand temperatures between -38˚c and 88˚c, making it ideal for any hot, cold, humid, or dry kitchen environment like walk-in chillers, freezers, or dry ingredient cupboards.
The vented design means that air circulation is provided when needed, helping to control heat and moisture within the ingredients.
