You can reserve stock, pay online and collect your item(s) from your chosen store in as little as 2 business hours.
Click & Collect in 3 easy steps:
1. Check Item Availability
You can either browse the stores page and use the store stock checkers to confirm stock levels, or simply add your required items to basket and progress to checkout. If at least 1 item in your basket is available for store collection, this option will be presented in checkout.
Please note: if the item is in stock in that store, the estimated collection time is 2 business hours. You can order a mixed basket with some items being delivered and some being collected from a store.
2. Select 'Click & Collect' from store
Select Click and Collect from store, input your details, and pick your store of choice.
Please note that if you have added extended lead time products, or big and bulky palletised products, these are not eligible for store collection.
These items will therefore default to delivery. You can, however, complete a mixed basket with some items being collected and some delivered. This is managed via the click and collect option in checkout.
3. Pick up the order when convenient for you
Your order will be ready to collect within 2 business hours. Please wait for your SMS/email notification before arriving at the store. By all means phone the store, but please avoid arriving without our confirmation that your item(s) are ready to collect.
